Server 1641 Rules (Last updated Oct 14, 2024)
- 1. No solo or rally boss hunting close than 150km from other alliances hives. The distance may be changed further at discretion. If there is a valid reason, please send them a courtesy message, saying what is being rallied then there is nothing to complain about. 2. No teleporting or gathering from tiles inside other alliance's hive. 3. No attacks on any tiles. All tiles are protected regardless the owner is in an Alliance or have a monarch name. Exceptions: KoS players and Purge/SvS time. 4. No attack on other alliance relics: please enter relics that have been opened by an alliance member through a map. Always have proof of relic ownership with a screenshot of the abandon button. If another alliance is occupying your relic, please scout the relic. Message each player in the relic & their r5/r4s and ask them to leave. Please allow 6 hours for a response. If no response, feel free to attack to reclaim your relic. Alternative option: Ask for a relic to be compensated instead of attacking. 5. NAP Rules: 5.1. We enter NAP (peacetime) at the end of every SvS/KE. 5.2. All alliances are protected under NAP. This means there should not be any attacks between anyone in alliances during peacetime. You must have a custom name, not marked as KoS, and be apart of an alliance to have protection. 5.3. Attacks on resource tiles and gem mines, pyramids and relics owned by their legal alliance members are not allowed. 5.4. Taking of subordinate cities used to level up generals is not permitted. 5.5. If you leave, or are expelled from your alliance just to attack someone, you will be made Kill On Sight (KoS). 5.6. Players who are not protected under NAP: Players who do not belong to an alliance. All players who do not have a custom name, regardless of their affiliation with any alliance. For example, player [ABC] Monarch123456 is not protected under NAP. 5.7. Attacks on Kos (Kill on Sight) individuals: the list will be updated as needed. Attacks on them while on resource tiles, relics, pyramids and barbarian castles are also permitted, but be prepared to show proof that the attack happened during the time the player was Kos. 6. Kill Event (KE) Rules: 6.1. Kill Event starts at server reset, which is 07:00 Server time and lasts for 3 days (72 hours). You can check the server time at the top of game Settings menu. 6.2. Attacks on any tiles, relics or pyramids are not allowed. 6.3. Player keeps both in alliances or without alliance can be attacked unlimited number of times. 6.4. Subordinate city attacks - as many times as needed to capture. 6.5. Attacking alliance city building is legal. Please refrain from attacking alliance building that are in the process of being built. Also, please do not occupy. Return your troops immediately after the attack. 6.6. Barbarian castles are not protected during Ke: including the troops inside the barbarian castle and the unbubbled keep occupying them. 7. Server War (SvS) Rules: 7.1. Purge will start two hours before the war and will last until the end of svs. Whoever wants to join purge needs to put "purge" in his name and must keep it until the end of svs. 7.2. Only a Purger can perform purge operations or the attack will be considered illegal with compensation due. Purging can only be performed on our server. Attacking a Purger or or retaliating a Purger attack is not allowed. 7.3. During purge no pyramids, relics and tiles are allowed and also bubble is mandatory. Attacking or taking sub cities is not allowed. 7.4. Purgers please scout before attacking as the sole purpose is to avoid losing points in svs, not farming resources. Also if you capture a general you have to release. 7.5. During SvS everyone should maintain their bubble . Those who do not want to participate in battles should put a 3 day bubble and try to contribute points by visiting fairies and statues and also by sharing enemy players in our server or potential targets in general. 7.6. Those active in SVS always try to avoid getting hit by a rally and if you are a big player then try to ghost your high level cavs, as they tend to die first and lose most points. 7.7. Attacking players from our server while on the enemy server is strictly prohibited and will be considered an illegal attack with compensation due. 7.8. Positive wings holders are those who have reached the Top 5 ranking in svs with an overall positive points balance, achieved their Ares wings and unlocked Wonder 1. 7.9. Those who achieved their Ares wings with an overall negative points, must show enough positive balance in the upcoming server wars, to be recognized as Positive wings holders. 8. Throne Rules: 8.1. The throne rotation will be between the alliances that have positive wings holders which will be entitled to a legitimate throne mandate with priority determined by their alliances. 8.2. Each candidate for our server's throne is eligible for only as many reign terms as required to complete the Monarch Glory achievement and unlock Wonder 2, then the throne will be passed to the next alliance in the rotation. 8.3. Once all positive wings holders from all alliances have completed their throne term, then the rotation will take place between the Top 5 alliances, in which case the candidates for the throne may not meet the condition stated in 7.6. 8.4. The enemy server throne counts as a legitimate royal mandate if the candidate has not yet unlocked his wonder 2. 8.5. If anyone has their wonder 2 already unlocked, they may have an additional royal mandates only on enemy server throne, not on our server again, in this case our server throne rotation will go on as normal. 8.6. No one participating in legitimate throne rotation may be attacked during the process of throne rotation - no attacks on their keeps or their subordinate cities. 9. Pyramid Rules: 9.1. No pyramids during server war. 9.2. Do not enter a pyramid that is already occupied by another player/alliance. 9.3. Only unclaimed and unoccupied pyramids can be explored. 9.4. Attacking any occupied pyramid is considered as Tile hitting and it is against the rules which will result in needing to pay compensation. 9.5. Do not enter a pyramid that already has a white march line heading towards it. It means that another player has found and claimed the pyramid first, and it is on their way to occupy it. Do not speed your march to beat another player to a pyramid. This will create an attack situation by the player who sped the march to reach the pyramid first, and may claim for compensation a screenshot with your line to the pyramid first as a proof of claiming. 9.6. Pyramid opened with a ticket from purchase may be occupied by the owner regardless of the location even if it appears inside another alliances hive. A courtesy message to the alliance stating proof of ownership from purchase is highly recommended. 10. Barbarian castles Rules: 10.1. Do not enter a barbarian castle that is already occupied by another player/alliance. There are 2 ways to know that it has already been occupied: (1) it will be on fire, (2) the barbarian castle will have an alliance tag. Only enter unclaimed and unoccupied barbarian castles. 10.2. Attacking any occupied barbarian castle is considering Tile hitting and it is against the rules which will result in needing to pay compensation. 10.3. Sections 9.5. and 9.6. of the Pyramid Rules applies to barbarian castles also. 11. Rules Violation and Resolving Disputes: 11.1. All illegal hits should be reported to the r5 & r4s of the one who broke the rules within 48 hours of the attack. If you do not send a message about the illegal attack within this time frame, then no compensation is required. Please have reports ready and screenshot your hospital and holy palace before healing and reviving troops, to ensure that you receive accurate compensation. Deserted troops will not be compensated. If compensation is due in gems, the victim must choose resources of his choice instead of gems, at the ratio of 1 Gem = 667 resources of any type. Killed troops will be compensated according to the training cost for each type and tier shown in the battle report details. 11.2. In some cases of illegal attacks where a compensation is due, a mutual agreement may be allowed to quickly resolve the issue between the offender and the victim in a manner determined between them, rather than escalating the case. 11.3. If no response/no path towards real resolution within 24 hours, the King/Queen must be contacted for possible KoS declaration of the rule breaker. 11.4. If the matter is already settled, the King/Queen needs to be informed, so that the KoS status is removed from the member and possibly the alliance. 11.5. KoS means Kill on Sight. Any player may be declared KoS for violation of the rules, unpaid compensation and not reached resolution with the victim. KoS player has no protection, his keep and tiles may be attacked at any time by anyone. If a player is marked as KoS, his entire Alliance may also become KoS for the time of his KoS period. 11.6. KoS status changes and the updated KoS list are announced by the King/Queen by mail, up to 24 hours after the decision. KoS status and KoS removal may also be voted among the top 5 Alliances. 12. World Chat Rules: 12.1. Please keep decent behavior in the world chat. Any personal insults based on race, religion, culture, disability, personal dislike, and others that may be considered offensive are not welcome. 12.2. Violators of rule 12.1. will be warned first, if they continue to excessively behave in an indecent manner, then they must pay the victims a compensation of 5 million from each resource. If the offender fails to pay that in 24 hours, he will be marked as Kos for 3 days. Please be respectful to the others in the chat. 12.3. World Chat is not the place to perform dispute resolution - it is difficult to keep track of dispute on the chat channels. 13. Subordinate cities that have been won in the week of Historic City Searching event are protected, this includes the player having to occupy the city, as they will be unable to bubble. 14. The server training gold (epic) sub city is located at 1122, 136. It has power of 9.1M and grants 3,129,406 general exp per hit. Please use it only for generals leveling purpose and don't occupy it. You must have no free sub city slots and have enough army to win without loses. If a player occupies the training sub city, they have 24 hours to leave or will then be attacked by King/Queen until sub is reclaimed for it's main purpose. If the same player occupies again, they will be Kos for 2 weeks. 15. The server training purple (legendary) sub city is located at 282, 380. It has power of 1.4M and grants 462,763 general exp per hit. The rules of use are the same as for the gold sub mentioned in section 14. 16. Any future change or addition to these rules must have a min 3/5 vote from the top 5 Alliances representatives.
